Cosmetic Acupuncture

The practice of cosmetic acupuncture (or facial rejuvenation acupuncture) can be traced back as far as 2000 years ago.

There are energy pathways that directly affect facial beauty and the aging process, and an imbalance in these pathways can be reflected in both how we look & how we feel.  After full consultation, very fine needles are inserted not only into the face, but other parts of the body to treat the person in a holistic manner.

In general a course of 10 - 12 sessions over 2 ~ 3 months are suggested, and improvements may be observed from around the 6th treatment onwards.  Both cellular regeneration and collagen production will be increased by the acupuncture treatments.  The benefits and improvements include:
